Subject: Sucker Voters

Sucker??

The old American quote "There's A Sucker Born Every Minute" is often attributed to P. T. Barnum (click ref 1).  The concept is clearly spelled out in a music video (click video 1).  A more modern version is shown in another video (click video 2) focusing on MONEY and GREEDY MEGA-CHURCHES.

Fact:  The rich got richer faster than ever before in U.S. history over the last few years (click ref 2) and the poor got poorer of course.

Did you intentionally vote for the rich to get richer faster?  If you did and you are not rich, you voted against your own self interest.  Sucker!  This is not new.  In 2002 Alabama poor people voted against increasing taxes on the rich to pay for needed services!!??  Suckers!  (click ref 3)  The rich (via the media) "conned" them into thinking a tax increase on the rich was a bad idea.  Suckers!  They voted it down.  Their services were reduced and the rich got richer - laughing all the way to the bank.

Did you vote your conservative religious values?  Sucker!  You actually voted for the rich to get richer faster.

Did you vote Pro-Life/Pro Death penalty?   Sucker!  You actually voted for the rich to get richer faster.

Did you vote against gay marriage?  Sucker!  You actually voted for the rich to get richer faster.

Did you vote for the war?  Sucker!  You actually voted for the rich to get richer faster.

.

.

I could go on and on with all the distracting issues designed to make suckers out of you and me in the voting booth.  The bottom line is that the only real issue to vote on is:

Vote for the Rich or

Vote for the Workers/Slaves

Slaves?  Remember capitalism thrives on slavery.  The history of the U.S. proves that obvious fact.  History also shows that if you vote for the rich, you will get screwed.  Capitalism is powered by greed.  Greed, like fire, can be useful if carefully controlled.  A vote for the rich is a vote to reduce or eliminate those controls.  We can all see now, that removing controls from the banking industry has produced the "mortgage crisis".  But that is just the tip of the iceberg.  Our economic system may not be repairable.

The only way out of this mess is to RE-TAX the RICH (click) SIGNIFICANTLY.  If you think there is no mess to get us out of click RED ALERT  Things are much worse than we are being told by the corporate propaganda machine (The Media).

In the upcoming elections DO NOT be distracted by the many old, and a few new, divisive issues.  None of them will pay your bills.  Your work and your paying your bills is what makes the rich richer.  Deliberately vote against the rich getting richer faster at the expense of the poor getting poorer.

Everybody knows republican is the party of the rich.  Its been that way for years.  How could working people vote with the party of the rich?  Suckers!  They were conned just like those poor Alabama voters in 2002.  The propaganda is that Liberalism is a dirty word when in fact Conservatism is a dirty word.

Now we all see that the republicans made the rich richer faster than ever before and broken our economic system.  How can workers be suckered into voting republican again and again?  The Corporate Media and propaganda control is still pushing "trickle down" as the solution to the problems of the workers and the poor.  Suckers!   It didn't work under Reagan and it doesn't work now.  Do you hear that giant sucking sound?  Its the money of the workers being sucked up into the pockets of the rich (click Big Oil & illegal Taxes).

Not only must we RE-TAX the RICH, we need to add surcharges to the taxes of the rich and the near rich.  We are all familiar with these illegal taxes called surcharges on many of our bills.  Let's have a 10% surcharge tax on the rich and near rich to pay for education (free K thru PhD and restore music, gym and after school programs, etc.), another surcharge to pay for universal health care, another surcharge to pay for the war that made them richer.  Together these should slow the rate at which the rich get richer and help keep the workers and the poor from getting poorer.  We can call this forced "trickle down".

If you have to work for a living (i.e. not a businessman and earn less than $1 million a year), don't be a sucker.  Don't vote republican at any level for at least 10 years;  Or until the higher taxes on, and the surcharges on the taxes of, the rich are enacted and made permanent. (so the rich can't buy their way out of high taxes, again).

Send this to everyone you know.  Remember the London newspaper headline after our 2004 "election" asked How can 59 million people be so Dumb?   (click and zoomout or scroll Bush down  AND ANSWER THE QUESTION)  Looking back over what Bush has done, we can wonder: How could we have voted for him in 2004?  What a "con" job.  Look how many Sucker Voters it produced.  Poor and working people were suckered into voting against the poor and working, and for the rich to get richer faster!!??

And it is happening again.  Average wages are down by $2000/yr but just look at the millions of working people ready to vote for McCain.  These suckers will be even poorer 4 years from now if the republicans win again.

The following should made you yell "I AM MAD AS HELL and I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE":

Meanwhile back near the top.  They are not yet rich but look at the money made by CEOs and many paid less in taxes than their lowest paid employees (click)

Average CEO pay in 2007 was $14.2 million (click)

Halliburton CEO made $17,023,538 in 2007 (click)

Lockheed Martin CEO made $30,939,233 in 2007 (click)
