To the world's Academies of Science:

You should know that

1.  THERE IS A NEW SCIENCE:  The Physics of Thought (published in 2004 as An Introduction to the Physics of Thought at http://www.advancedresearchconsultants.com/thought.htm).  The central paper  A Report on a Preliminary Investigation of the Nature of Thought (a lecture series from the '70's, published at http://www.advancedresearchconsultants.com/not.htm) shows a new cosmological dimension to negative entropy.  The new dimension contains Information Space (cell genetic memory, "gray matter" memory, etc.), Thought Space (where everything man-made comes from) and Subjective Time (the experience of much more thought per unit real time).

2. There is a NEW MEASURING TOOL:  We can obtain the ABSOLUTE VELOCITY VECTOR of stars and galaxies (originally published in 1968, now at http://www.advancedresearchconsultants.com/vog.htm).  The concept of absolute rest is developed from Einstein's relativity equations.  The result is the possibility of measuring the absolute velocity and direction of our galaxy in a few years with existing equipment.

3.  "Houston, we have a problem":  "Scientists, we have a problem".  Our world of physics and cosmology is resisting change form its 4 dimensional (x, y, z, and ct) "flat earth" position.  We are touting a string "THEORY OF EVERYTHING" which does not include the existence of THOUGHT.  THOUGHT is as real as EVERYTHING MAN-MADE (space ships to safety pins), every one of which came from a THOUGHT (an idea, a dream, a plan, etc.) in some Individual's information processing Brain/MIND "interface".  Since we can't get something real from something that is not real, the multiple dimensions of information and information processing in living biological cells and "gray matter" (storing and processing sight, sound, smell, touch, taste, associated thoughts/feelings, etc.) cannot be ignored as part of EVERYTHING.  

4.  This is something BIG:  We now have an Entropy balancing "factor" sufficiently large w.r.t. A Star's positive entropy "output" (the cause of our classical "HEAT DEATH of the UNIVERSE" predictions).   Cosmologically, that makes Negative Entropy a "REALLY BIG" part of our universe because Elementary Classical Thermodynamics states that 

         I = - S ;       Information = Negative Entropy .

Consider the summation of the Information (I) in every living cell on earth, would  =   a Negative Entropy (- S) of stellar magnitude.  Stellar magnitude (- S) +   the Negative Entropy (- S2) resulting from the continuing processing of Information by every living cell (individually and in groups) +  the processing of Information by every living neural network (gray matter).  From ant hills and mating rituals to skyscrapers and spaceships ORDER IS BEING CREATED continuously BY LIFE ON EARTH.   Statistical Thermodynamics defines entropy, in part, as a measure of CHAOS (DISORDER).  Therefore negative entropy is, at least in part, a measure of ORDER. 

The position that "the universe is ordered" is now augmented with this "creation of order" by information storing and processing "life" (each of which begins with a single microscopic cell) from our microcosm as we are building information storing and processing things to "live" in our macrocosm (spaceships, space stations, space telescopes, etc.).
