The Primetime show "Out of Control" about the increase of AIDS among Blacks makes it clear that our prisons are a major source of AIDS in the Black community. They said AIDS is spreading 5 times faster in prison than in the general population.

"Head in the sand" NOTE: Blacks in the U.S. (and worldwide) have been facing Organized Opposition (O-O: White Supremacist) since before slavery. This Opposition did not die out after the Civil War or after Civil Rights. Lack of Black progress is not an accident. Black progress has been sabotaged at every turn while we keep our heads in the sand and pretend it is not happening. The Opposition attributes Black lack of progress to racial inferiority and they control too much of the media on which to say so.

One area where this ORGANIZED RACISM has been documented repeatedly is the criminal injustice system. From the death penalty to longer sentences to police brutality, Blacks are consistently discriminated against. Moreover, the district attorneys often go on to become legislators. It is no accident that legislation is passed that causes more Blacks to be imprisoned and for longer sentences. With the added bonus that AIDS will be accelerated among Blacks.

TAKE OFF THE GLOVES. With AIDS Information = Life. Require ALL PRISONERS to take an AIDS test. AIDS test in. AIDS test out. PUBLISH like PEDOPHILES. Certainly they are more dangerous. Pedophiles kill one child at a time. AIDS is killing entire communities and accelerating. With AIDS increasing in the Black community, the privacy of prisoners re AIDS should no longer be permitted. It is a tool/weapon this Organized Opposition is using to legally destroy the Black community. STOP THEM. END AIDS PRIVACY, at lease in the prisons. Like incurable pedophiles, leaving prison, SOCIETY NEEDS TO KNOW the person released has AIDS. If he can kill or infect people in the community with an incurable disease, the community has a right to know about him.

THE FIGHT WILL BE with the Organized Opposition to Blacks allied with, and/or embedded in, the religious right. They have consistently opposed anything that could actually help Blacks and sabotaged anything that got passed their opposition efforts. FIGHT BACK with more calls for reduce mandatory sentences of non-violent drug offenders, more calls to end the war on drugs because it is a war on Blacks (none of the drug trade $ billions $ ends up in the Black community, but the Black community takes the most casualties, dead and incarcerated), more calls for prisons to stop classifying AIDS deaths as cancer and give us the numbers, --- FIGHT BACK, if they say PRIVACY TRUMPS including the privacy of prisoners, then we say let prisoners vote; we say rehabilitate/educate prisoners to slow recidivism, we say what about DNA privacy, --- FIGHT BACK with: If PRIVACY is so important then stop spying on Americans without warrants, --- FIGHT BACK against the "promiscuity" indictment of Christians with the fact that Blacks have African genes: Evolved in an Africa with high mortality rates, especially for children (Blacks would not have survived without this strong indiscriminant sex drive), selected for having many children, even today many African societies will not allow their boys to marry unless the girl is already pregnant, in others she must first deliver a baby.
