Let’s take a moment to remember why Black History Month exists. In the history books in the U.S., much of Black history is omitted or distorted. Part of Black History is the reason for those omissions and distortions. The reason is that Blacks are facing organized opposition; generally in the form of, or labeled as, Christian White Supremacy. We find it in the logs of slave ship captains praising God for granting them this shipload of animals. We find it in the fact that our slave owning, Christian White Supremacists FOUNDING FATHERS considered blacks as 3/5ths of a white person.
When I was teaching computer science at the Institute of Computer Science, University of Lagos, Nigeria, 1966 - 70, one of my students went to work for a local newspaper as a summer intern. He came to interview me, a black from the 'States, in 1966. He asked me why Blacks have not progressed further in the U.S? I told him that Blacks in the U. S. have been facing organized opposition since slavery began. I named a few of the names of the time: the KKK, the White Citizens Council and the John Birch Society.
I also told him that Blacks in the States are suffering from group neurosis, bordering on psychosis, as a result of growing up in a country where all media and schools are busy telling White people how great it is to be white, and, of course, how bad Black people are in every way. Recent studies show that 5 year old Black children were shown pictures of White and Black children and asked who is the prettiest (white), who is the smartest (white), who is probably a thief (black), etc. Basically, these 5 year old Black children are unconsciously wishing they were White. Looking up to White and down on black substantiates the basis for our self-destructive "Group neurosis, bordering on Psychosis".
Black history should include these organized opposition groups. Unfortunately it does not and now there are many more named Hate groups on the internet. It must be noted and remembered that the organized opposition to Blacks did not die out after the civil war or civil rights. They still fight hard against civil rights and equality … they sabotage every program legislated to assist Blacks ... they dominate the injustice system and much of our government (prosecutors become legislators and judges) ... They have succeeded in REsegregating our schools … via the CIA they have destabilized most Black led governments in the world (When it comes to Black heads of state who won't allow American businesses to run/ruin their country, if we can't buy 'em off, kill 'em off) ...
For this year's Black History month I will highlight one of the omissions and distortions. Hopefully the pictures will be seen by Black 3 year olds and older, with the message that people who look like us were the first civilization in world history. It is very important that our children know that part of our present day oppression is the suppression, via omissions and distortions, of the fact the world's first great civilization was a Black Civilization (..."black skinned with wooly hair"..) Ancient Egypt was a Black civilization on the African continent dating from as early as 10,000 BC. Most historians place the start at 5,000 BC. (see Introduction Black History 2005)
The ancient Egyptians were, according to Herodotus visiting in 450 BC, “black skinned with wooly hair”. Our historic organized opposition, now including neo-nazis, is embedded in almost every aspect of our institutions and cultures. They have succeeded in distorting text books nationwide. They have retranslated Herodotus’ statement to say “curly hair” instead of “wooly hair”. Consequently bookstore picture books show the ancient Egyptians as “tanned white people” or like light skinned Arabs or American Indians with white facial features. The ancient Egyptians are depicted as everything BUT, Blacks with wooly hair. While the FACT is that there were NO WHITE PEOPLE in ancient Egypt. This Black civilization was already thousands of years old before the first people who could be called White, the Greeks, came in awe to Egypt around 700 BC.
Blacks' historic organized opposition is thorough. Even when showing actual ancient Egyptian artifacts, they omit those showing the earth’s first civilization as Blacks with wooly hair. Let me show you a few of the pictures of Egyptian art artifacts you seldom, if ever, see. The following pictures are from Christiane DesRoches-Noblecourt’s Tutankhamen, Doubleday 1965.

the tomb Tutankhamen (circa 1365 -1350 BC) we see related royalty. Notice the hair of King Tut's brother Smenkhare
[75] above. Is that an “Afro” or an
"Afro" wig? Any
Black child can see that it is Black folks hair. Notice
the long head (dolichocephalic) of Meritaten seems exaggerated like there is an extra
brain at the back of the head. Even
today we have a few Blacks in basketball and comedy with similar very long heads. Such people are part of what the ancient Egyptians
called the cycle of rebirths: The periodic reappearance of physical characteristics,
the periodic reappearance of personality characteristics and the more rare periodic
reappearance of both in one person.
It
must be noted and remembered that White
people define themselves anthropologically as round headed (brachycephalic).

Keep in mind that ancient Egyptian royalty was highly inbred. Royal blood was not to be contaminated. There were a few exceptions and the chart shows Nefertiti to be an outsider. Remember Nefertiti is the white looking wife of Akenaten that schoolbooks imply: not only is she white but that the entire dynasty was white. None of which is true.
